These are the terms and conditions which will apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods ("Goods") from Mama et Moi - website
The website and Goods are provided by Mama et Moi Limited, a company registered in England under number 09711340 whose registered office is Unit 3, Pixel Mill, 44 Appleby Road, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 6ES ("we", "us", "our"). When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of Goods
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website. Our VAT number is GB219507408. All prices are, unless otherwise stated inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. Children's clothing is exempt from VAT.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Information about the Website and the Goods
This Part sets out some terms about information on the Website, descriptions of Goods and how you use the Website.
By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to any Notices and Disclaimers.
We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information, errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.
Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in a Retail Shop and in particular you acknowledge and are aware that:
The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors – including your display settings;
All sizes and measurements are approximate;
All Goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
KeriKit Bags Due to the nature of leather we advise you not to wear dark clothes against light leathers as dye may be absorbed into the leather.
Naked leathers do stain. You can purchase a stain guard. If you do this and spray your chosen bag it will give deemed non returnable.
Please be advised that, as with all fine leathers carrying hard objects and allowing undue friction can damage your product and may cause balding on ponyskin items for which we are not liable.
We are not liable for improper use of the products
Any delivery estimates given on the Website or by email are estimates only;
You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
Buying and Reserving Goods
This Part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase or reservation of Goods from us through the Website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

Confirmation of order
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
We must receive full payment both of the price of the Goods and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an Order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an Order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.
All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling .Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.
From time to time we will have offers and discount codes available but they will be subject to change and availability.
Only one code can be redeemed per transaction and can only be redeemed online.
Offers have an expiry date and can strictly not be used in retrospect.
Some brands will be exempt of discount codes or a minimum spend may apply, so please refer to offer.
We accept most major credit cards Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro via PayPal as well as Worldpay
All goods will be sent 2nd class and must be signed for unless another option has been chosen but a signature will be required
We endeavour to ensure that the Products that you order are provided by the agreed delivery date and where applicable time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither Mama et Moi nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time frame.

Orders over £75.00 are available for Free Delivery
For Europe : £10.99 - Up to 1 kg. £14.99 - Up to 1.5 kg. £17.99 - Up to 2 kg. £29.99 - Up to 3 kg. £35.99 - Up to 4 kg. Sent via Tracked & Signed, Tracked, or Signed services as per Country availability. Dispatched via Royal Mail International. International customers (non EU) might have to pay an import duty on some purchases. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer. Mama et Moi do not charge tax on any goods being delivered outside of the EU.
There will be some circumstances where more than one item will be dispatched separately depending on the items purchased.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to return an item, stating your reason and reference number within 7 days of receipt of goods. The return address for any of our orders will be Mama et Moi, HVR Centre, Mill Rythe Lane, Hayling Island, Hampshire, PO11 0QG. A return delivery form can be done through our website or you can email us email@example.com to advise us the item is being returned.
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase from when the invoice was sent, if the item is in its original packaging (tags not removed, unmarked etc.) and is unused then a full refund can be issued and we have been notified within the 7 days from when the goods have been received.
If delivery was free because the overall value of the order was over a certain price, and the returned items makes it below the required value, then the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund
All of our posted orders require signature upon delivery and is insured. We recommend that when returning a product that you use an insured, recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage receipt. We are not responsible for non-arrival products of returned goods and the customer is responsible for the items until they reach us.
If you are returning items outside the EU please make sure you include RETURNS DEPARTMENT in the address and declare goods as returns to the postal company. Doing this will make sure that your return item isn't delayed at UK Customs.
Socks and Tights are items that are not eligible for return.
Lotions and skin care products (due to hygiene/safety reasons)
Purchases within multi-buys
If an item is purchased within a multi-buy offer, and you wish to return only part of the order for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the full price of the kept/retained item from the order total.
For exchanges we recommend you purchase the required item and send back the unwanted item for a refund. This ensures that the product does not sell out in the meantime.
If your order arrives incomplete or you are in doubt just give email us
Please report any incidences of damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect orders within 48 hours of receipt invoice and we will get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible. We will cover the costs of return and replacement of any items found to be faulty or damaged, as well as shipping costs incurred due to error on our part.
